I woke up with my panda eyes today. Hoping that my work will run smoothly as my account will be audited by some internal auditors. *sigh* It feels like you're a flower and there is some flies sticking on your petals lol... I think they will be here until this Friday. This is boring... really boring.
Well, the main point I want to talk about this company I'm currently work in, isn't about having auditors checking your stuff. It's about the travelling allowance you get when you go to work outside of town. I still remember the first year I join this company, they sent me out to camp for 3 days and 2 nights. I got around RM40 i think, for the allowance. But this morning, the admin manager came to me and say that she gave me 2 hours leave.
My brain couldn't twist back what she said so I just look at her with my eyes full of confusion but yet she just walked away. When I told my colleagues about it, she asked me to go together and ask the admin manager once again of what she meant. There, she told us, the 2 hours is for the 2 working days we use to go to camp as per the financial controller instructions. Then, I asked her, What about saturday? We spend 1 whole day at the camp too. Then she puzzled a while and said to me, she will give me 1 day leave for that Saturday. Gosh... No travelling allowance.
BUt then, my leader of account department went to talk to this admin manager in the afternoon regarding the same thing. Then the admin manager told her, If you guys want money, then will give to u according to your position but I might have to deduct RM5 for each meal you eat. Now this is the part where we are not satisfied with. Camp provide us food. It's not like we asked them to provide for us. Afterall, I think it's their responsibility to provide us food, all charges will take into company account. And somehow this admin manager want to deduct us RM5 for the meal we took, doesnt matter what we eat =_=" this is totally insane! I just dont get it.
Then she said, other company staff brought their own bread to the camp and eat just to avoid their allowance being deduct RM5. Wow.. other company? Other company has their own policy.. why must we follow? All this while this is how we get our allowance if we ever go travelling for work purpose and now she change it just like that? CRAZY bitch! damn!
I just cant accept it. We are not giving up to fight for our allowance. We are going to ask our kuching colleague who already stay at the camp for like 6 days. Do they receive any allowance? Do their allowance get deduct for RM5 for meal? I really wanted to know.

Tiring Journey of My Favourite October.
Finally I'm home. I missed home so much although my home is not as good as some home of the rich, but , like people said, you will love the place you stay no matter how it is, and that is how I feel.
Now why would I suddenly missed home? LoL. Well it's because I wasnt at home for the past 2 days. On the 7th October 2010, the senior executive of my current company request me and 4 other colleagues to go up to the oil palm estate. She told us there will be a meeting and would like us to join. Well, I was thinking, it's just a meeting, why not just join and see what is the meeting all about.
So we all went up there with bag filled up with basic needs. Who knows, when we arrived at the estate office, the financial controlller doesn't seem so happy. To my surprise, the senior executive is already there busy with herself. lol. She told us we are late and say people are not happy waiting for us to start the canteen's stock check. All of us feel so mad and yet can't voice a thing at that time. Who is the person who told us that we are only attending a meeting?? Arghhh so so so pissed with that lady! Why can't she just told us that we are there to do some task? Is it so P & C until she has to lie?? Erghhh if I can turn her into a tomato, I would smash the tomato with my feet! *smash*
So all 4 of us having a puzzled mind don't know what to say, what to do. Everybody in the plantation look tensed lol. HAhahahahaha yeah, cause all of sudden we are now some sort of storekeeper checking stock in a dusty, rat urine smell of canteen.
*sigh* I hate that place and I thought I wouldn't have to go there again as my workload is getting more each year. *sad*
We still continue to do the task although none of us feel pleased.
That Thursday passed by quite fast too. Somemore it's a raining Thursday. I feel so so hungry even though I ate pork bun already that morning. Maybe the bumpy trip makes me feel hungry easier than usual. They promised us there will be lunch served but when we went to the rest house, nobody was there and the door is lock. We had no choice but to go the other canteen and eat. To our surprise, they only serve instant noodle. OMG! I am so hungry and feel polluted with the rat urine and dust and was hoping to have a simple rice meal and all we get is noodle??!!!! eeeeekkkkkkk
I feel like kicking the asshole who gave us this fake promises.
Fine fine fine.. We can't do anything at all. We all know it's hard to find food in the middle of the oil palm jungle so we order some instant noodle and carbonated drinks. *sigh*
After the 'super duper simple not full meal', we rest a while and continue to work after that. I hate checking those dusty stock. Those ladies working in the canteen totally never clean those stuff. Maybe because the person in-charge doesn't mind the dust. lol.
But then, when it's near the time to go home, we all doesn't feel good at all. Why? because our stock check is not yet done lol. Haih.. have to go down again the next day. We can't overnight because we didn't prepare anything as we are told that we will be there for a meeting lol.
Somehow there is a thing which I dont feel pleased at all. Why is the person in-charge of the canteen account doesn't have to come and do the stock check herself but me and my 3 other colleagues? It just doesn't make sense at all. Out of the 3 colleagues of mine, 1 is a I.T supervisor. =_=" It's not that we dont have enough staff in account department.
If to say that we need to go to help each other colleague, well fine then, what about my work? My account will be audited tomorrow for 1 whole week. Who would help me? Them? I have a doubt in that. I feel paiseh to ask other people to help in our own work as we can do it ourselves. I dont know why would they have the face to do that to us.
The next morning, I left my luggage in the office and went out to buy some stuff with my colleagues. She need small bottle of shampoo. When we go back to get our bags after buying things, there is this girl saying to me " u guys know that it's already confirm that u guys will overnight at the camp?"
WSEHHHHHHHHH I am so so angry that time. Don't she feel a little paiseh at all? Still dare to smile and ask? What is that all about har? So I answer her while lifting my bag, " I know, I know ah, other you think I bring all these bags for fun?"
I dont want to look at her. I am so so so so so mad no words can describe!! ish
Then , while I walked half way the exit door, my admin manager call me from behind. She asked me, " do u know ur account will be audited on Monday?" , I answered , " i know ah", " u know they're coming?" =_=" "i know ah.." She actually worry I dont have time to do my own arrangement for my work to face those auditors next week. But what can she do? Can she do anything? I wasted my 2 days doing other people job what the helllllll... eee i feel like smacking those heads who doesn't realize the wrong thing they do and still can smileee =_=" Not even words of concern.
I never regret of the good things I do, as I never expect anything good from them. What I do is good for myself. If they know how to pay back, they will know how. I have no need to put effort of teaching them. I pity my 2 new colleagues. They get cheated again and again. It's not that we are stupid for keep staying even after getting bullied like this. We have reason behind that. Those who ever been in our shoes will know how it feels.
Tomorrow, I will represent my 3 other colleagues, passing back the work we did at the camp to the person in-charge of the account. We all left some work for her to do. Yes, we are very nice. lol. It's her job, and we left some for her. =P
What we suffer there, does she know? We overnight there leiiii. We live in a big house filled with boys and girls, old and young. Our room smell ridsect and filled with mosquitoes. We are unable to call our love one to chit-chat as digi yellow man is not around! We need to go out standing outside donating our blood to the mosquito to call our loved one. Ahhhhhh sad!
Hmph! It's time to show some attitude to these assholes!

Local Presentation Sucks Big time!
Today is 29th August, which means tomorrow is 30th August and the next day will be 31st August which means it's public holiday. I'm not so happy about it though, because I was suppose to on leave tomorrow because the next day is public holiday. If I on leave tomorrow, then I will have 4 rest days straight! How cool is that.
Why I can't take leave for tomorrow? Because I have wasted 2 days in Bintulu for some very important training. Ah... first I have to torture my butt sitting in a car which is not a company's car, but a colleague's daddy car, which no neck support at the back seat plus bumpy ride and I have to force my poor brain to automatically translate some foochow presentation into my own understandable language. Which is quite hard , as my foochow language doesn't even reach 20%! How can that be possible..
And then more pissing is when they doesn't even want to apologise for their sucky mistakes and said I have this magical foochow face which they expect me to know what they are presenting. LoL. Sigh* very disappointing indeed.
Only thing I'm happy about is my dear is here to fetch me home and I get to buy my favourite sandals, altogether 2 pairs of them weee heeee!!!
While the field trip to the oil refinery place is very unexpected. Didn't know we actually have to walk in that large area .. Which makes me wonder, how did their worker get to the place on time to perform their tasks.. When I came across a row of bicycles, it solved my puzzlement already.
Damn damn damn hot to walk under the sun wearing a heavy safety helmet which can't even cover my face from the hot sunshine.. sad..
Right after we finish our walking , it's already 12 noon and we have to fill ourselves up with the food they prepared. Well, not too bad although all are cold already, or probably I'm just too hungry loL
By The way, parkcity everly hotel in Bintulu sucks big time too. Gosh the room is very dusty smelly eeeekkkk as if I just entered an 100 years old mansion or some caves. Argh and their so called queen size bed isn't any queen size at all....!!! how to sleep with 2 adults on it? ish damn pissed! What worst is ,.. you can't sleep during ur most tired moment because your room mates snores lol.. Lucky I still have the energy to survive during the next day... Phewzzz not too bad huh.
But body battery really flat when I reach Miri...
I just hope there wont be another of this trip.. "Training". Ergh.. more like Mental Torturing.

Define me the meaning of Photogenic.
I have always wonder what is the meaning of "photogenic".. Well of course I have my own Idea for this word which means Look pretty only in Photographs but look ugly in real person. hahahaha
So, today, I have a look around the meaning of Photogenic in those online dictionary and I found these.

Lately there is a competition of Miss Fit Photogenic Contest by a quite famous studio in Miri, Frozen In Time Studio. Wow you should really see those photos, really amazing, and what I amaze is their editing skills. hahahaha
They are doing well and they are doing according to their mission. To make their client look their best.
Make up are quite good too as they are not too much magical powder on those girl's face.
But there is something that puzzled me for these few days. I hope if any of Frozen In Time Studio or any contestant who gets to read my blog here will not feel piss me with me hahaha
I was wondering why are mostly of those photos being taken from the side of their face? I can only see part of their face instead the whole face of theirs. Why? Only the 1st photo which I feel is the most perfect one as I get to see almost 95% of her face and her clothes and background match very well, plus her blue eyes (even though it's fake) matches her skin tone too.
For me, taking photo from the side it's like hiding something. I admit myself look better from the side because one of my eyes are bigger than another due to some allergic from previous years causing my eyes swollen and end up the size also get effected. LOL. But can't possibly be all those contestant having the same problem with me ma.... How can that be possible? LoL
Well, it would be better if someone can answer me here...

Does All Managers Act weird lately? haha!
I'm not happy with my work lately especially today. That is because my company cash flow sucks big time since the last 2 months. Everything have to be delayed because Miri side does not have enough fund to settle them. I have to answer calls almost everyday minimum 5 calls per days. I know it's kinda little but it's a lot compare to last time which is just 1 call per month or none at all.
Kinda stressful when people let go their anger on you as if you owe them money personally. cissshhhh (swt) really angry sometimes until I wish there is no such thing call telephone in this world hahaha.
Today, I learn that managers especially those in between age of 30 and 50 loves to ask weird question to their staff and talk in a weird weird way. They love to ask ridiculous stuff and talk as if they are standing on the top of a durian tree. Now why would I choose durian tree instead of coconut tree? That is because durian is the KING of fruit so if anyone can get to stand on the top of it might feel proud of themselves. HAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA
I will state some examples of weird questions here, one of them is what I heard today from my Dear.
1) there is an exhibition going on, where people get to exhibit their stuff and do some sales at the same time , well of course the main purpose is to sell things and earn money. Now this dude over here is the president of this event and he asked his marketing staff why is the sales this time so low? LOL Now how weird is that, why would the marketing people know why isnt there a lot people to come and buy during that event? Well, in my point of view, it's just too easy to figure out the problem. It's either your product sucks, or.. Miri just aint having that much people to keep buying something that will breakdown within a year. haha THat is because, there is a same event going on during June if im not mistaken. Funny man indeed. He just cant seem to be able to accept the fact.
2) 2nd situation happen in my office. Im not sure what is going on with this dude over here but he sure getting weirder each day, hahahaha is that a good sign?
He does not act the talk or walk the talk lol Zombie huh? well.. maybe. hahaha
There is 1 day when he sent down a basket of cheques to another manager dude to sign, when the basket came up to my department, my colleagues found that their cheque has been signed by the wrong manager and when they ask how did it happen? why? how can their cheques end up at the wrong manager? and this weird manager dude ask them back, "didnt u look carefully before u send down the cheques?" The problem is, it wasn't even them who send down the cheques for that manager's signature... It's like CJ7 is taking over his body hahahahahahahahahaha
3) 3rd situation happened today. Here I would say, Nama ajak Manager! LOLOLOLOLLL
What is the 1st normal thing you will think when you heard the word Manager? well, you must be thinking he/she is a knowledgeable person and well behaved. But somehow today, our weirdo manager dude actually said Courier service from Miri to Kuching need 3 days!
Maybe he just over concern of our monthly fixed payment until he forgot such simple thing. Well, he is just finding the trouble himself. He love to use courier service too much until paying something which can be paid in Miri but end up courier it to kuching... I am so so so amaze. hahahahhahahahaha
Ahhh enough of spamming about all these weird dude. Really such a weird kickass kinda people which i have to work with. Killing my brain cells every 5 days a week.
